Donations?

Smartgal’s right. My neighbor went to the local dollar store and asked if they would set up a box there for her. The manager agreed and the cashier now asks if you’d like to donate a can or boxed item with your purchase. They fill a big cardboard container and my neighbor picks it up weekly and gets it distributed.
Her efforts have grown so big she now has three volunteers that help and she’s looking for work space to work out of.
It starts with one food item… just one. Good Luck!

Like Nike, just do it! Start with friends and family to tell them what you want to do. Then find local organizations you can partner with to deliver the collected items. A food drive is easy to do and can be of great benefit to many. You dont have to have a strategically organized system or group in place to help!
