How to collect donations for a homeless shelter?
I want to collect items for a homeless shelter in my area, by handing out flyers and telling friends and family about what I am doing. Do I need to be part of an organization or anything to do this?

I don’t think you have to be . I have some things I could donate too for the homeless shelter.

Our church uses the K.W.J.D. Bracelets to gain funds for those whom are less fortunate. The funds that we have received from the bracelets were such a blessing that we do all of our fundraising events with them. God bless you for your contribution to the needy, you are doing a great thing.
