I am planning to return to college for Spring 2008, but I still have a few things I need to do (tests, references, etc.) before I wll have completed my application to the schools I’m considering.
Should I file my FAFSA as soon as possible..? Or do I need to wait until I have been accepted to a school?
If I need to wait until I’ve been accepted, then do I also need to wait until I’ve decided exactly which university I will attend? What if my decision will depend somewhat on how much financial aid I receive?

I will be moving soon, and I have a lot of clothes that are in good condition but are unlikely to be worn again by me. The obvious thing to do is to donate them to a thrift store. These clothes are clean, but they have been sitting in drawers and most are quite wrinkled. If I wash them and fold them neatly, is the thrift store just going to wash them again as a matter of course? If so, I will just put them in a bag and place it in the drop box.

I am trying to close a deal with another company. The company is asking that I show the financial impact on my company if we are able to close the “merger”. I have no problem sharing my financial information, but would love a business plan type document to outline the effectiveness of the project. Any help is greatly appreciated!

A man in our area recently commit suicide and left behind a wife and four children. I work for a school whose clubs are going to get together to give a sizable donation. The family has a children’s fund through a local bank, but we were thinking of giving a check to the wife.
My question is this–how would the tax law work with the children’s fund as opposed to just giving the wife a check?

I just turned 17 last week, and my county is in really bad need for blood. So I was wondering if you need to fast 12 hours before donating? And do you need to know your blood type before going in? Because they only need two types desperately, and the rest the need as well, but not as bad.

So I’m donating blood tomorrow. I know the typical recommendation for the amount of water I should drink but I have water polo practice tonight and swim practice tomorrow. I know I usually don’t drink enough water after practice so how much water should I drink tonight and tomorrow to not be dehydrated from practice and to be okay to donate blood. Thanks

I owe almost $3500 in financial aid? I am thinking of applying to another college, but I am worried that I won’t get any financial aid since I already owe. Eventually, I will pay back my financial aid, but I was wondering is there a limit to the amount of financial aid you can receive?
