My niece had a aneurysm in Oct. She is at home now, but will need a lot of therapy. We are trying to raise money for her for anything she may need for school or therapy. I was planning on having a raffle at the benefit.
How do I go about getting donations for the raffle I plan on having at the benefit.

Why, every year, do they come around hustling donations, giving out prizes to the office that donate the most, etc?

We are having a benefit for a friend of ours that was recently dianosed with cancer. We are looking for donations for door prizes, raffles and auctions. The money we raise will go towards medical costs as he has no health insurance. If anyone knows where we can get donations for the door prizes, raffles and auctions please respond
