once you get your degree in business is there anywhere to get financial help with opening a business if you don’t have good credit?

I’m going for a Masters in SPED- but seeing how I am in financial dire straights, will depend heavily on any financial aid I can procure. My credit is pretty bad, so a bank loan is not an option….

I earned a Bachelor’s of Elective Stusdies last summer, but am considering returning to college to persue a second degree. I can not seem to find any good information on financial aid except student loans. I am not making enough money at my present job to pay my bills, let alone more student loans. I have found my education thus far does not really apply to any field. I took primarily classes in Special Education and without a teaching license they are not helping me to find anything in my area.
