I have a power wheelchair that is no longer suitable for me. I have recently gotten a new one.
What the difficulty is, is that these chairs are built so specifically for the intended user that they are hard to sell.
I would like to donate it, but a few places I have checked with won’t take it. (It needs new batteries)
I am open for any suggestions on places to donate.

I donated blood on October 1st. The local swim team is having a blood drive fundraiser on the 18th and I’d like to donate. What is the worst that could happen? Also is there anything I can eat or do to help my body recover from the last donation faster? Thanks!

I am looking for organizations that commit to share God’s message of hope and that will designate my donations to directly help those in need. Preferably, one that donates entirely, or close to 100% of what it receives towards direct action (food, medical treatement, education, housing).

My brother who works in partner with my company, is planing to visit the Canadian embassy for a study visa, and have been requested to present an affidavit of financial support from his sponsor, but I don´t know exactly what information I must include in the Affidavit to make it reasonal and acceptable by the embassy. Hi. I’m the director of a performing arts non-profit group. We’re currently creating our sponsorship information packets. We’ve brainstormed some ideas and I listed them below. My question to you is as a business what are you looking for in return (if anything) from the group you are donating to. Are there any other reasons that would make you offer your business donation to one group over another? Thank you so much!
Our current ideas are:
-Your business logo featured in all printed marketing materials for our show, including newspaper ads, brochures, and show posters.
-Full page ad in our show program
-Your logo and a link to your website from our website
-Block of 20 tickets to our performance
-Recognition of your business in our Lobby before, during, and after all 5 performances.
