What are the best personal financial budget applications out there?
My sister has a free financial app. thru her credit union. It is Quicken Finance works. I really need a free financial application to help budget. I am also looking for a new bank. What is the best app. out there to help me? Also are there banks/credit unions in the Rochester area that have good track records and also provide free financial tracking apps. such as Quicken? My favorite applications are offered free from a website at http://www.mint.com. It is a social networking site for people who want to improve their budgeting and financial skills.
