What are the best personal financial budget applications out there?

My sister has a free financial app. thru her credit union. It is Quicken Finance works. I really need a free financial application to help budget. I am also looking for a new bank. What is the best app. out there to help me? Also are there banks/credit unions in the Rochester area that have good track records and also provide free financial tracking apps. such as Quicken? SERIOUS REPLIES ONLY THANK YOU

Try this one see if you like it if it isn’t what you are looking for you can go to http://download.cnet.com/windows/ and type in what you are wanting and it will give you a list. Some are free and others are just trials but you can see what is out there.

My favorite applications are offered free from a website at http://www.mint.com. It is a social networking site for people who want to improve their budgeting and financial skills.

In the Rochester, New York area, Summit Federal Credit Union is one good choice. They offer financial education and counseling. Try the link below that I included.
